








Please note that all colour swatches and proofs are guides only the final product may vary slightly. Whilst every care in colour accuracy is taken, due to natural limitations such as moisture content in paper, humidity different ink batches etc colour may vary slightly from Proof to final printed product.
A proof of your wording and font choice and layout will be emailed and sent as an attachment in PDF file format. Once this has been approved a Real Mock-up will be created before any printing commences. A Maximum of three amendment proofs will be provided free of charge. Any additional proofs will be charged at $10.00 per set.
Artwork approval is required in writing on emailed artworks, or signed on the sited sample before printing.
Once approved, printing of your stationery will commence.
Printing will not proceed until we have received a signed proof approval.

The Proof acts as a confirmation to print your order. All Errors & Omissions become the responsibility of The Client upon signing the Approval Form.
It is the clients responsibility for checking all artwork proofs provided, this includes the following:
Inspired Design will not accept responsibility for any typesetting errors, once the artwork proofs are signed and approved by client.
This also includes any guest details and lists given to Inspired Design by client.
Full charges will apply for Re- Prints as per Terms & Conditions stated on your quote form. Payment of deposit and approval of your order/artwork is considered acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The turn-a- round of items which require design & or printing usually takes between 1- 2 weeks from the time a client signs a proof approval and a Real Mock- Up. Delivery times may vary depending on the time of year, or if there are any hold ups with production. Typically orders that require special finishes such as, Foiling, Raised print, Letterpress, Embossing, may take longer. Also jobs that require special or complex assembly may also take longer. Please note that whilst every endeavour to meet estimated time of delivery, Inspired Design cannot guarantee an order to be completed in the specified period. If significant delay does occur Inspired Design will inform the customer.

We DO NOT give Cash Refunds we do provide customers full exchange on goods to the Dollar value on your receipt, or we can offer you a store credit valid for 12 months. Exchanges & refunds can only be given where goods are faulty
We don’t normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection, purchase the incorrect product or amounts, or if you cannot print on the stock you had brought. We always recommend a test print on your stock first, and can only provide you with guidance as to the best way to print, based on the information the customer gives us. We are not responsible for printer errors or mistakes.
Paper may vary in colour due to different batches or the fact that paper is organic and as such may vary. Please check your stock before leaving the store or provide us with a sample so we can colour match as best as we can.
