How long does it take to receive the order?
It usually takes 2-3 weeks after signing your "completed proof". Allow an extra 2-5 working days for delivery if interstate. Allow 7-14 days for delivery if international.
Can I choose my own wording or do I have to use what is on the card?
All wording listed on the examples on the page are only suggestions. Please feel free to write your own or make changes to the verses shown. If you would like to see some sample verses, please check our Wording page.
Can I see a proof before my order is printed?
Proofs of your items are available at no extra charge. A proof is a complete copy of the text you submitted in the lettering style of your choice, set out in the way it will be on all your stationery items. It will be sent to you. A proof is an actual invitation printed in colour.
- Allow 2-5 business days for proofs on all orders for interstate delivery.
- Allow 7-14 business days for international delivery or
- You can view a proof at one of our stores (please check beforehand).
Do you have a catalogue available?
We do not have catalogues available by mail. The only catalogues we have are the large albums we have at our store.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cashier's cheques or Money Orders.
When should invitations be mailed out?
Invitations should usually be mailed out 6-8 weeks before the wedding date. This allows ample time for your guests to respond.
Please note: It is advisable to proceed with ordering your invites much earlier, as it avoids pressure if left to the last minute. If you see and know what you want, simply order. These days it is not uncommon for couples to order invites 4 to 6 and even 12 months in advance.
What if there is a mistake with my order?
Please check your proof very carefully before submitting it to us to be printed, as stationery items will be printed as you submit the final proof. If you receive an item that is misprinted compared to what you submitted you must notify us immediately and it will be reprinted and sent to you via express delivery at no additional cost to you.
